Can I wear a costume?

Absolutely. We love costumes at FABLE. Please just make sure yours allows you to move safely and navigate the venue without taking out tables, displays, or unsuspecting authors.

Is FABLE an all-ages event?

FABLE 2026 is an adults-only convention.

Is there a hotel room block?

Yes. A room block is reserved for FABLE attendees.
When calling to book, simply mention “FABLE Book Con” to receive the event rate.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets will be available at the door.
Online tickets will be discounted, so we recommend purchasing in advance.

Are weapons allowed as part of my costume?

No. Weapons of any kind are not permitted.
All attendees will be subject to a basic bag check/pat-down at entry.

Will there be food available?

Yes. The Wyndham’s restaurant and bar will be open all day during the event.
We’ll also have themed menu highlights announced as we get closer to the date.

Are AI-generated books or merchandise allowed?

No. FABLE is a celebration of human creativity. AI-generated writing, art, or merch will not be accepted from authors or vendors.

What methods of payment do vendors accept?

Payment methods vary by vendor. We strongly recommend bringing cash and having access to mobile payment options like Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or CashApp.

Are photos allowed?

General photos are welcome. Please be respectful and ask before photographing someone directly, especially in costume or at their table.

Will there be accessibility accommodations?

Yes. If you require specific accommodations, please reach out to us in advance so we can assist and ensure your experience is smooth and supported

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available through the venue.

Are outside food and drinks allowed?

The venue’s restaurant and bar will be open throughout the event. Outside food is subject to the hotel’s policies. Alcohol purchased outside the venue is not permitted.
